That is why we have been running our own daycare center (Kita) for our employees since 2016. Highly qualified professionals guarantee individual care for children aged 4 months to 12 years. This enables you to optimally combine family and career and gives you the good feeling that your children are in the best hands at all times.

With us, the children are allowed to blossom in the forest, explore the surroundings on walks, be creative in the handicraft corner, work with wood in the working area, be active in the exercise room, play role-playing games in the playhouse, be constructive in the building room, play table games in the group room, be musical in the singing circle, discover in the baby area, retreat in the quiet room, indulge in culinary delights in the kitchen and have conversations.
We offer a low-cost internal day-care centre for our staff with 44 childcare places, which we have been operating since 2016. The operating licence for the day-care centre is based on the requirements of the Federal Ordinance on the Admission of Foster Children and the Cantonal Ordinance on Children's and Youth Homes.
Since summer 2023, we have also been able to train apprentices to become EFZ care specialists in the field of children.

The labor team daycare center has overcome the first hurdle in the "Quali Kita" certification process. The first audit was passed with flying colors. The labor team Kita has been working according to the infans concept for years, which is an excellent basis for certification.
Meals with the "Fourchette verte" label
Our kitchen team takes care of your culinary well-being, preparing all meals in accordance with the "Fourchette verte" label.Fourchette verte promotes a balanced diet in communal restaurants such as day-care centers, schools, universities, company canteens and retirement and nursing homes. This is based on the nutritional guidelines of the Swiss Food Authority and the Swiss Society for Nutrition.More about the label.

The labor team day-are centre is open all year round from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 18:00. There are no company holidays; the day-care centre is closed only on public holidays.
