Change in the Executive Committee of labor team

Alain M. Cahen will step down as CEO of labor team at the end of June and will also leave the Executive Committee. COO Thomas Brinkmann will take over on an interim basis.

Alain M. Cahen, CEO of labor team since 2021, and labor team have mutually agreed to terminate the employment relationship. Following the successful integration of labor team into the Galenica Group, the Board of Directors believes that the next phase of corporate development and integration into the Galenica network has begun.

Since taking office in May 2021, Alain M. Cahen has strategically realigned and systematically developed labor team. The focus was on clearly positioning it as a medically led diagnostic service provider with a national focus and a pioneer in technology and sustainability. A key milestone under Cahen’s leadership was the comprehensive modernisation of the infrastructure. Through investments in automation, digitalisation and IT, the central laboratory in Goldach (SG) was expanded into one of the most modern diagnostic facilities in Switzerland.

labor team’s Board of Directors would like to thank Alain M. Cahen for his commitment and contribution to labor team and wish him all the best for his professional and personal future.

Alain M. Cahen will leave labor team at the end of June 2026. In the interim, Thomas Brinkmann, COO and former deputy CEO, will assume overall operational responsibility for labor team. The Board of Directors has initiated the search for a successor.
