Bupropion

Serum, 1ml or serum frozen, 1ml

To prevent possible diffusion of active substances into the separating gel, we recommend transferring the serum (supernatant) to a shipping tube (M114) after centrifugation. Hydroxybupropion, the parameter relevant for the effective concentration of bupropion (Wellbutrin), is also stable at room temperature. Frozen material is therefore not absolutely necessary.

Additional Informations: Bupropion is not stable, serum/plasma must be stored at -20°C. Hydroxybupropion is an active metabolite.
