Urine status

Urine, 5ml

First, the sample is analysed with Stix (leucocytes, nitrite, pH value, protein, glucose, ketones, urobilinogen, bilirubin, blood/Hb) and the specific gravity is measured. The pathological results are automatically followed by the assessment of the sediment: leucocytes, erythrocytes, epithelia, bacteria, fungi, cylinders, crystals.
Note: The assessment of the sediment, in particular the leucocyte count and the number and morphology of the erythrocytes, is only possible within two hours of the sample being taken.
